The hotel is very poor at communication
I didn’t actually get to stay due to covid. Have attempted to contact the hotel On numerous occasions, over the last 2 months, as have the team at Hotels.com - with no response. All I want to do is shift the booking or get a refund to rebook due to the extraordinary Covid events that led to the concert I was attending being rescheduled to next year. How hard can that be !!
