The hotel is very poor at communication
I didn’t actually get to stay due to covid. Have attempted to contact the hotel On numerous occasions, over the last 2 months, as have the team at Hotels.com - with no response. All I want to do is shift the booking or get a refund to rebook due to the extraordinary Covid events that led to the concert I was attending being rescheduled to next year. How hard can that be !!

No en suite??
All the rooms in this hotel do not have a shower and toilet in the room. They are down the corridor which something I have not experienced for many years and hope never to do again.
The staff are lovely, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the location was great for us.
Breakfast was poor but not so important to me.
