I requested an airport pick up which took 5 communications for them to get the information and they never showed, however, upon checking in they wanted to charge me. The gym had dirty towels folded in flowers for use. I took it to the manager and requested clean ones, water, and some disinfectant wipes or spray. They sent a maid with a towel to wipe down equipment. Sad in todays health scare they could care less about providing this. Communication in English was barely spoken by a few. This made communication extremely hard. The tub and shower set up did not offer a shower curtain therefore water was all over the floor. The beds were very comfortable tho.
