Nice hotel , basic things not good
The room was great, the breakfast was good. The staff were very nice. 2 problems we had: 1. The room close to the lobby, a lot of noise in the morning. 2. Only 30 liter of hot water to get a bath to all of the hotel! We needed to stop the shower in the middle of it and wait.

Best hotel stay in Vietnam
I was beyond pleased with this hotel and the staff. The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a great location. The staff was beyond stellar. They made you feel so welcome. They remembered you by name, went out of there way to help you with anything you needed, and even inquired about how activities during your stay because they remembered what you were doing. We arrived on an overnight bus at 6am and they got us a room by 7am to rest and get ready for the adventures ahead. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the amazing staff. It was probably my favorite stay in Vietnam.

Great People and Value!
Aside from being a new and well appointed locally owned hotel minutes away from the town square (but not it's noise), it's the care, attention and appreciation of the staff that made my stay Super. I felt very welcomed by all and their interest in great customer service is a huge differentiator in a town (country) full of rapid pop-up hotels and restaurants. I didn't expect this for the price I paid but it was a wonderful surprise. I'd definitely stay here again.

it was a short stay for us. But the receptionist is very hospitable and helpful. We booked a tour and the agent wasn’t on time to picked us up. The receptionist assisted us to call them and also brought our luggage into the room. Breakfast option was also amazing.

Had no problem at hotel clean and big room good bathroom with plenty hot water bad was comfortable . staff at hotel were willing to help and always ask about our plan for the day . breakfst is basic and at sister hotel across the road which is no problem .the guy in change always address me will my name so communication between hotels ( same owners ) is good We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay Hotel in well located a short walk to main square

직원분들도 모두 친절하고, 깨끗합니다. 사파교회에서 가깝기때문에 위치도 좋습니다. 사파 트래킹을 하셔도 사파호수라든가 판시판 산에 다녀오기 위해서는 사파교회 근처에서 숙박을 하셔야 하는데 이 호텔을 추천합니다.

One of the best mid/budget hotels in Sapa
We had a suite and the room was really nice ! The view from the large windows was pleasant even if it was obscured by fog most of the time. We spent a lot of time sleeping as tired from travelling and the bed was comfortable with a modern new bathroom. Breakfast is at restaurant opposite and it was ok. Also it rains a lot in sapa and luckily the hotel offers umbrellas.
