The camp refused to honor my reservation through Orbitz and made up an excuse that someone must have used their name without their permission.

In preparations for our trip to Jordan, I was expecting this to be the highlight and was looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, it was the biggest disappointment. Upon arriving to the camp we found out they did not have us on the "list" despite showing proof of our Expedia booking. We were then downgraded to a tent instead of the chalet we had reserved. They blamed this on Expedia and offered no real solutions. We originally booked for 2 days but had to cancel because we had such a cold, windy and sleepless night. I really wanted this experience to work as I know they do such wonderful things for the community but unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

We booked a room in the eco-camp, but when we arrived we have been told that the camp is closed in December. We have been given another room, it was reasonably clean but it was incredibly cold and without the whole camp experience

Beautiful view come with price
You will get beautiful view here but you have to pay everything further like transportation from Dana village which we think it should include in the price. Delicious dinner but you have to wait until 8.00Pm every guest waiting from 7.00PM it’s long waiting time

Good view
The view is awesome. It's really rare to get such unblock view of the valley. The owner is also really nice and offers free breakfast. The room is quite clean and nice. However, The rooms has no hot water and the hot water in share washroom is also not very sufficient. So I suggest going here only in summer. Also, the place is really hard to find as it's not on google map. To go there, you first need to navigate to Wadi Dana historical village, then make a right turn just before the entrance of the village.

A EVITER
