O hotel estava muito cheio, achei pouco elevadores pelo tamanho do hotel. A area das piscinas bem limpas, o acesso achei ruim muita escada. E nos flats deveria ter pelo menos um microondas , estava com um bb e na hora de aquecer o leite foi uma tortura os elevadores demorava muito pq a copinha fica no 1 piso e eu estava no 9. Mas recomendo, no mais tudo bom

Na recepção fui atendida rapidamente, me explicaram corretamente os procedimentos, o recepcionista um rapaz super educado (esqueci de perguntar o nome dele). Enfim, gostei muito.

Tive uma péssima hospedagem, quarto estava bem sujo, banheiro tinha cabelo pra todo lado, até nas grades do varal do banheiro. Para fazer o check in tive que esperar 2h e meia. O checkout tbm foi lento, o funcionário não tinha cortesia ou presteza. Piscinas muito sujas. Decepcionante.

LUGAR AGRADÁVEL.
Fiquei muito decepcionado com o estacionamento. Além de pagar muito caro R$20,00 per noite, cheguei na minha casa em belo horizonte e o para-choque dianteiro da caminhonete aranhado e trincado. Como reclamar se moro 750 Km de distancia?? O veículo ficou em toda minha estada no estacionamento e só peguei na hora de ir embora e não vi. Também acho que as piscinas deveriam ser mais limpas. o Cardápio para pratos individuais praticamente sem opção. Existem bebidas que o restaurante não tem no cardápio para oferecer e proíbem o hospede a levar para o hall de piscinas. Incoerente né? Eles oferecem a compra de um "apartamento" fracionado. Tudo bem para quem quer investir. Mas não pode ficar segurando o hóspede por horas na ilusão de compras. Isso achei deplorável perder minha tarde apos minha chegada para ficar ouvindo insistência de corretor. Poderiam ser diretos e objetivos já de inicio se a pessoa tem interesse de comprar imóvel ou não, bastaria perguntar e poupar muito tempo de ambos os lados. O serviços de quarto, café da manhã, todas as diversões do hotel são pagas. Só não paguei wifi, mas tudo fora do quarto era pago e caro.
