Felt really bad for the front desk person on duty. It was late on Christmas Day, and there had already been a plumbing disaster from a burst pipe, that was visible in the front lobby. She was alone and definitely looked frazzled. But she was pleasant, and very helpful. She took in stride the need for non-feather bedding (due to severe allergy), and was very polite and accommodating. BTW they have a highly ridiculous debit card policy posted; but it is not on the website and not on Expedia, and she was able to help us navigate it without major penalty. I would definitely call ahead if you use a debit card for check in, as it was absurd and not expected (I actually looked for a debit card policy before booking the room and none was found). The room was clean, the hotel was clean and quiet. We were in a two bedroom suite that exceeded our expectations. Will definitely consider coming back.
