Highly recommended for single, couple & family. Positive: The owner Alessandro personally take care of the guests. Feel free to contact him if you need any support. The room we had was COZY, clean, well-maintained, great outside veranda & garden to chill. All necessities are inside the room, mini bar, complimentary bottle of waters/ sweets/ chocolate, tea facilities... WiFi throughout the building. A coffee/ tea/Small treats area for the guests. Alessandro will prepare/ deliver your breakfast for you to enjoy in room/ veranda. Nearby: good restaurants, wines testing bar, supermarket, night club, METRO (Piramide), trains stations (to go to airport), 2 Metro stations away from the colosseum, bus stops (83 bring you to the city centre near the famous fountain/ Pantheon & 23 bring you to the Vatican). Airport transfer can be arrange by Alessandro for Euro45. Negative: The 1st impression from the road. Once again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED place to be for your next holiday in Rome

Wonderful place, highly recommended!
Great place. The owner is also the designer of the room decoration. And he made everything so greogous there. The room we stayed comes with a beautiful patio which is almost same big as the room. The owner is very nice and patient, he gave us some very helpful information for our city tour. I think this place is very suitable for leisure guests who likes to try something different than a hotel.

It is the best B&B I’ve ever experienced! The owner, Alessandro and his staff are all very helpful, the property itself is clean, elegant and lovely. It is close to subway station and best restaurants in the area. After check in we received a nice welcome coffee and information package which includes map, restaurants and services that can be provided etc. We spent 15 days in Italy, and this place is simply the best one, I would recommend it to everyone!

Perfect spot outside the old city close to subway
Very nice place. Located on the 5th floor of an appartment building. Elevator in the building so that is not an issue. Breakfast is wonderfull and the support from the owner to. Close to Piramide subway station. They have an agreement with a parking garage very closeby and that cost's E15 per night. Very good value for money.
