Arrived at the hotel Friday night in sub-zero wind chill temps and was told the restaurant was closed due to "staffing issues". Not happy to have to go out into the freezing cold after travelling all day to find a place to eat. Saturday night a pipe broke on our floor. Water pouring out all over the place and through the floor into the lobby. Fire department had to come and shut off all the water until about 11:30 pm. I understand things happen, but we were offered zero compensation, not even an apology. Not so much as a free drink or breakfast (which was way overpriced and quite unappetizing). When I checked out I was asked if I "enjoyed my stay". Seriously??? Also, if you do stay here, I highly recommend bringing a reading light, the rooms are very dark, even with all the lights turned on. Bathroom sinks are weirdly designed too, totally square with no slopes, and water does not drain well. I was constantly cleaning the mess.
This was our second stay here, I was more disappointed than the first time.
