Very Good 8.0
Fantastic service!!
The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and was very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, lovely. The only thing was that the sound from the hallway came in quite a bit, but I guess this comes with the big floor to ceiling windows (which was very nice), so no complaints. Very close to the center (less than 5 min walk) but not smack down in the center of the partying so was great for us with a baby. I would stay here again!!

The security and limited entrance is assuring. The staff was so attentive and helpful. The House keeping was quick and clean. Roof top pool was clean and has a beautiful view. Again the staff is very professional and friendly.

Fair 4.0
The location was convenient as expected. The front desk staff was very kind and accomodating. But the remainder was a real life version of “Instagram vs. Reality”— the carefully-angled photos of their listing had me believing it would be a cool modern boutique hotel. It wasn’t. At all. The rooms all face the building hallways and you cannot open the windows/sliding doors with any degree of privacy, so curtains and doors have to stay closed. It was clear the maintenance staff could not keep up- the ashtrays throughout the property were always full; the 9-11am included breakfast was out of most food items, clean plates, and clean cups by 9:30; there was a gigantic collection of mops and buckets and cleaning carts right outside the elevator doors (2nd floor) and sprinkled throughout the property. The bedding was mediocre, the towels were tiny and rough and only 1 per person was given- so you dry yourself the next day with a small still-moist towel. No bath (floor) mats are provided so water gets everywhere. This hotel felt like a superb marketing team has sold a lot of people on coming to stay in a hotel that does NOT have the staff bandwidth or attention to detail to live up to its photos or description.

Good 6.0
The room was huge. There was a kitchen table catered for 6. We had 2 adults and a kid in the room. The bathroom was very small. The shower water pressure wasn’t strong enough to wash your hair. The room was right above the restaurant and there was a live band playing Friday and Saturday nights until about 11 pm. Then the drunken people continued making noise until midnight. We asked for a more quiet room and they had a small room available but not really beds to sleep 3. For $200 you would expect more quiet room.

Good 6.0
I had originally booked a King studio, but what they don't tell you is that these rooms have no windows! I asked to be moved to another room, which they were nice enough to do after a little persistence. Then later that evening in the new room my toilet overflowed and completely flooded the whole room, after which they moved me a second time. Overflowing toilets can happen, so I don't hold that against them. The hotel is well located and has a nice rooftop pool and bar. It is very noisy though, with music and a rooster that goes all night, so bring your earplugs!

It was a nice property, we didn’t sleep very well. They definitely need blackout curtains! Beautiful big window doors but very bright at night. Also pretty loud till about 11:00 at night. Pool was cold but kids enjoyed it. Very nice staff and was great to have free valet parking with our car!
