We love our visits to Terrace Lakes! It's a relaxing and fun getaway. The staff and patrons are friendly and the pool is wonderful.

Be VERY careful about trusting this establishment! It was booked for one price then we were charged a higher price. The old bait and switch. Not worth the hassle. Check out AirBnBs for similar cost and better accommodations. If you must stay here, save your receipts. Hotels.com will make it right if you have documentation of the fraudulent charges.

The cabin was clean and comfortable, with easy access to the clubhouse and pool. The landscape improvements, and colorful umbrellas, greatly enhanced the clubhouse and pool areas. This was a noticeable change since my last visit. Another enjoyable stay at Terrace Lakes!

Overall a very pleasant experience. Enjoyed the geothermal pool, staff were friendly and helpful. Had fun at the bar with pool tables and enjoyed playing pickleball in their very clean facility. Breakfast was so good at the restaurant. Enjoyed every bite. The Motel needs some remodeling. They were fixing the deck when we arrived. Could use improvements. The walls were pretty thin so it was hard to sleep. I recommend this place but will want to rent a private cabin next time. Enjoyed our stay.

It is great view and right in the moutains. The rooms are small. And the bathroom really small. Beds and everything else was great. One note, there is no cellphone coverage and the wifi does NOT make it to the rooms in the motel.

Gorgeous setting. Friendly and helpful staff, nice pool area. Room less than desirable, ac ineffective, toilet stained or dirty, no lamps in bedroom, lightbulbs burned out in bathroom, sink very slow draining, shower curtain stained, window blinds with slats broken, no place for personal belongings and no wifi access in room.
