I didn’t like arriving at 3:30pm only to find an unclean room!
Even after the room was made up, it didn’t smell clean. 😔
I did enjoy the sky bar with it’s views & Jhai’s amazing cocktail creations.🍹

Great location and a lovely room. There was a DJ in the roof bar (Friday night) and my walls were literally vibrating. No wifi password provided, no contact info in room or at the reception desk, general feeling of the hotel component being the lowest priority of the 3 businesses in the building.

When we arrived at the hotel there were stains down the front of the toilet bowl (looked like someone had vomited and it hadn't been cleaned) which raised concerns that the rest of the room hadn't been properly clean especially during COVID time, the toiletries in the shower looked like they had been used and refilled (the tubes were squished and wrinkled) which again, during COVID, should be single use. Blinds in the room were down and were not able to be opened which made it dark and meant we couldn't enjoy the "city view" which was just overlooking the shops below, couldn't actually see the city. Staff at check in seem unprepared and unprofessional with our details only written down on scraps of paper. However, they did clean the toilet once we raised it with them. Hotel was in a good location for our purposes.

In 4 nights the room was not serviced. It had no coffee cups or mini bar despite saying it would.
The entrance regularly had food waste and rubbish spread across it. It had a strong rotten smell.
There were dance parties in the rooftop bar until 1am on two nights with patrons freely discharging through the hotel floors.
The restaurant staff were friendly but had no connection to the hotel.

Good location
Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Big, clean bathroom.Roof top bar excellent, lift to rooms.
Only negative street noise can be heard - pedestrian crossing beeps etc- not ideal if a light sleeper but probably depends on which room is allocated.
