Wonderful one night stay. Absolutely terrific!!!
Visiting family in Preston and was so pleasantly surprised by No 10 Preston. I will absolutely come back and stay longer. Sad I was only there 1 night. Almost extended my trip because of the accommodations. Super clean. Classy. Very English. Service was wonderful. My train got in late, and someone met me to give me the key and show me the room. Nice experience.

I think there needs to be a closer car park as it was bard to carry heavy luggage from the car to the hotel

Impersonal
I needed a centre-town practical hotel for an early meeting (8am) but arriving fairly late (by rail) gave me the impression that the receptionist had specifically waited for me (they had previously asked my time of arrival) before he disappeared - and I never saw anyone else. Was it just a series of rooms? However, the room itself was extremely comfortable and clean, even though it was difficult to turn out all the lights that had been left on for me. I was also surprised that they took payment a week in advance when I had assumed I would pay at the hotel itself. However the hotel provided what I wanted

Amazing
Fairytale is such a gorgeous room. Each room or suite in the hotel is themed ,they ooze a feel of playfulness and make believe but manage not to lose a very serious and grownup sense of luxury. This hotel is such a brilliant idea, a kind of apartment within a hotel which allows you to chose how much interaction you have with staff. It's definitely not self catering, you feel very looked after with an additional element of independence if you want it. I really wish them well, it's a lovely idea and I felt truly refreshed after my stay .
