    Excellent all around

    Incredible place and amazing service, we didn’t want to leave. Spacious rooms and thoughtful touches throughout, like a yoga mat in the room. The two pools and areas to suntan are perfect - the lagoon pool is massive and almost empty when we were there, and the beach club pool is much smaller but the lounge beds are great. Excellent food, nice large gym with a free class each morning and reasonably priced spa considering the hotel. Our only niggle was that despite the hotel only seeming to be half full we were out in a room in the back corner looking out over a construction zone next door.

    This is my second visit to this property. I expected this visit to match my first stay which was fabulous. This time I noticed the staff was vibrant and they seem tired! Commercial type dealing from the reservation and reception. Como beach pool and the bathrooms needs serious attention, really heath hazards. Some staff they take allergy note lightly! I had to keep changing my orders and I did not feel safe to trust them to make my food. Not to many options in the room dining nor the club. No other restaurant in the hotel. Como beach club ambiance is outstanding and the evening music is a plus. The hotel price is not a match with the service. I rate the hotel for this stay as 3.5/5 Thank you

    FALSE ADVERTISING! Your website shows different picture for different rooms and it’s totally fake. I choose one bedroom suite bc it showed it was a swim up pool. I choose this due to the fact that I have a torn Mcl and acl and can barely walk. Upon arrival it did not have one so I had to walk very far to get to the pool. Which is uncomfortable for my situation. When we checked in I asked about the other rooms and there weren’t any available, I was more than happy to pay. This was highly disappointing.

    Excellent hotel with amazing service

    Overall our experience at Como was amazing. The service and friendliness of the entire staff were exceptional. The entire facility is very nice and clean and really give you a true high-end resort experience. The Canggu area is really cool and has more of a backpacker/surfer vibe to it. If you like surfing or want to try it, this is a great place to start! We had initially booked 5 nights but decided to stay longer since we loved the hotel and area. Two very nice pools, an exceptional gym and and a restaurant and pool area that is right at the beach. For families with kids (like us) the play club is terrific! I would like to extend my thanks to the entire staff for an excellent stay.
