Exceptional 10.0
Great location, beautiful unit, and a great staff.
Great location, walking distance to everything. Front office staff was great, Katrina was super helpful and so easy to work with, she will set anything up for you that you would need/want. We had the attic unit and it was far more space than we needed but we loved staying at this location.

Great location, spacious and comfortable stay!
St havel residence is perfectly located in Old Town with lots of eatery and amenities around. Very spacious, comfortable and quiet environment where tourist attractions are just within walking distance. The only set back is only the wifi is a bit slow and it drops most of the time. We have a pleasant stay and it is highly recommended.

Poor 2.0
So disappointing!
I chose this hotel through after checking the pictures on the hotel’s website and seeing the rooms’ beautiful views, modern interiors, large bathrooms, etc. In reality, our room was totally different. It looked like a boring college dorm room. No view. No art on blank white walls. No chairs for any of the desks. Because we were visiting Prague in August, I chose this place partially because it said it has air conditioning. But what I saw was one portable a/c that is not hooked up and not working. We slept with the windows open and could therefore hear sounds from the Hooters below. Also we could not watch TV because it was not hooked up for any channels. It looked like the room that was on the way to being finished - for example, there was no rack to put shampoo or soap in the shower and no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged and we had to stand in an inch or two of soapy water. Of the many hotels I’ve stayed in, this hotel was the most unlike its advertisement and therefore the biggest letdown. It was not worth our money. Finally, when we checked in, the man at the front desk who did not have a name tag took pictures of our passports on his cell phone (it was not clear if it was a company phone), which was very disconcerting. This cannot be secure practice for a respectable hotel, but we would otherwise have been unable to check in. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
