Disappointed Nine Hours experience
I have stayed out at the Nine Hours at Narita airport in the past and had a great experience, but this Nine Hours is very different from the one at the airport. The shower/locker is much smaller, without any benches or open space to change or pack. As result, people are packing in the sleeping pods area, which contribute to constant noise with suitcases shutting and opening most of the night. The sleep pods has large windows without any curtains, and the lights are on all night! I'm just puzzles as why there is such a big difference between the Nine Hours. I don't recommend this location unless you don't mind being up all night.

Exceptional 10.0
Very clean, close to subway station, and great experience. Just don't expect to sleep in, everyone must be out between 10am-1pm for cleaning, and you can't opt out. Great for budget traveler who wants something cleaner and more private than a hostel.

Solid capsule hotel. The lounge space leaves something to be desired. But the basic amenities are there and do the job.

Inconsiderate Travelers Always a Possibility
For the price, it is a little better than what you expect. I surprisingly slept well my first night there. However I slept less and less the following two evenings. Some of the fellow guests tend to be loud on their initial arrival, which is usually late at night.
