Stunning Hotel & Exceptional Service
After surrendering our car to the Valet, we enjoyed sipping the welcome drink at checkin and loved the quirky Queensland themed artwork that greeted us in the lobby, halls & room. The room had a spectacular view of the Brisbane River & South Bank which we were constantly drawn to while in the room. The food was so good we ate 3 meals in the hotel, lunch by the pool wetdeck, dinner & buffet breakfast at 3 Blue Ducks. Included with the upgrade package was a “special amenity” - this was a stunningly presented Expresso martini labeled Caffeine O Clock with instructions to mix and 2 chocolate truffles nestled in a pile of chocolate shavings on the side. We used the “Whenever/Whatever” button on the room phone 3 times and each time our request was completed within 5 minutes. We loved this hotel and we will stay here again.
