Very Good
Great place but watch your step!
Very pleasant stay. Front desk service was wonderful, special kudo's to Karina (Carina?) who was very pleasant and helpful to us. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We could not open the stopper on the bathroom sink but after calling the desk someone was there within 2 minutes. There was no literature in the room with suggestions of local restaurants or bars, we thought that would have been nice to have. Be advised that the bathtub sits higher than the bathroom floor. I didn't realize this getting into the shower, but was caught off gaurd when getting out, causing me to slip and fall onto the floor. I wasn't hurt, but BE CAREFUL. Nice selection of breakfast items, pleasant room to eat. I would defintely stay here again if in the area.

Disappointing
When we arrived to check in we were told we had a penthouse-level room with a view which was really nice. We went up to that room with all of our luggage to find that the room was under total construction and uninhabitable. So we went back down to the lobby with all of our things and when we told the front desk they had no idea and had to put us in a low-level standard room without a view. This was disappointing but it was after 9:00 pm and we were tired so we took it. The next morning I tried to use the guest laundry but both of the dryers were broken. When I alerted the front desk they said they would be fixed later that day and I could do my laundry the following day. The following day both dryers were still broken. This was extremely frustrating. A.J. made it right by sending our laundry out to be serviced and he was the only staff member who was understanding and apologetic. Donald at the front desk was also very helpful and hospitable. Aside from Donald and A.J., the service was sub-par and fell short. The rooms are new and clean but the problems we encountered made us feel that we overpaid for this hotel. We will definitely stay at a different hotel on our next visit to Boston.

Wonderful Stay!
Our stay at the Courtyard Downtown/North Station began with a most pleasant and welcoming greeting from Jazmine at the front desk which made us immediately know that we would like it there. The hotel is new, and thus the rooms and everything in them are clean, modern, and new, as well as roomy. Your name is even on the television screen welcoming you to the hotel! There is a safe, keurig, and small refrigerator in the room, as well as great toiletries. The lobby area is fantastic, with big screen tv's, as well as lots of comfortable seating throughout. There are individual seating areas with tables and tv's where you can enjoy a bite to eat. There is a bar and starbucks coffee area, as well as a restaurant; the ladies that work that area are friendly and the chefs/cooks are pleasant and very accomodating. The hotel is located right across the street from TD Garden which was so convenient, as we went there to go to a Celtics game; there is also access to their rail system. There is valet parking which makes it convenient, and since everything is accessible by other means, one will not need to drive until check-out. All in all, this was a great stay, and we look forward to visiting Boston again for a long weekend, and this hotel will definitely be our choice to return to.

Exceptional
Plenty of room for 3 (us and a 19 year old); the room was clean, the bathroom updated and spacious; conveniently located in the North End and not far from the Harbor and Feneuil Hall; detest paying so much for parking, though -- $55 for the night? But it's the city.....

Great new hotel in a great location
The hotel is new, right across from the Boston (TD) Garden. it took about 15 minutes walk to get down to the business centres downtown, ten to get to historical districts. It also took 5 minutes to walk to Charleston, home of Bunker Hill and the USS Constitution. With a 45-minute walk, I was in the centre of Cambridge. It took me 8 minutes to get to the airport in my taxi. Finally, North Station T line (underground subway) was a short block away. The service was excellent, staff extremely helpful. The room was new and comfortable, WiFi quite good. Best of all, there were charging points - double 110V socket and double USB - spread throughout the room. My only complaint is how expensive it was for Marriott Courtyard, which is mid-tier, but that is Boston in general, not the hotel's fault. Absolutely would stay there again.
