Little gem
Great location, friendly and very helpful staff, clean rooms but a little pricey but worth the money for cleanliness and no bed bugs. Coffee, water, potatoe chips, and cookies free in the room, water also available upon request at front desk. Tea, tea kettle and iron available upon request. Definately staying here again.

Friendly, Clean, and Close to What We Needed
This was the perfect place for our sightseeing trip! It was within walking distance of many places we wanted to visit, such as the 9/11 museum and Battery Park, while also being quite close to the subway. The staff was WONDERFUL and the room was very clean.

The Artizen experience.
The Artizen hotel, including it’s staff, physical property, location, cleanliness, and cost were all 10/10 on my Scale; 10 being very satisfied and happy to return on all future NY NY trips. My sole complaint is the Parking situation once you arrive. Parking is a Premium in the Apple, so plan accordingly.

Good experience but careful if parking needed
The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly/helpful. The room was comfortable and not noisy. We assumed that there would be reserved parking spots at an off-site parking for Artezen guests from what was written in their description, but that was not the case. We were just given the addresses for the parking lots nearby and had to check ourselves what the prices were (higher than 45$ per day) and if there were any spots available. Disappointed on that end, considering it is a "luxury" hotel...

Artezen Hotel is our go to hotel in NYC
The Artezen Hotel was wonderful! It was clean, spacious for NYC, and the staff was friendly and very helpful! It has a boutique feel, which we like. There was planty of parking sites near by and two of them give Artezen guests a discount. The hotel was also close to subways. The price was reasonably for NYC. We recommend it if you want to stay in the financial district.
