Terrible experience, lost our money and room. SCAM
Had a terrible experience here, felt like a scam. When we tried to check in, the receptionist asked if we received any check in details and she didn’t have the key. She asked me to contact the owner to get the key except the contact details on the booking were fake or didn’t work. It was at 10 at night and we had a young child with us so we were forced to leave the hotel and find another one in the city as no one at LUXE could help us find a key for our room. I also saw another couple having the same issue as us and the receptionist while friendly doesn’t know how to help or resolve the situation as no one know how to contact the owner. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE overall. We lost our money and room for the night so stay away from this place.
