A 5 star experience from start to finish! Giorgio was top class, helping with directions before landing, helping with directions and hotel recommendations! He definitely made our whole experience! The location, cleanliness, everything about escape suites was excellent! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome! We will definitely use this location again!

Excellent staff, 5 star service. Unfortunately I would rate the hotel as a 3.5 star at best. No signage on the outside building or door to indicate a hotel was located behind the gate. We walked past it a few times before realizing the gate was the entry. Location was very convenient. Room was nice. Unfortunately the bed sagged in the middle and we woke up with a sore back every morning. Overall the room was quiet, however the hotel is located directly above the subway line and trains could be herd every 5 minutes starting early in the morning until late in the evening.
