Tough to reach property management over the holiday weekend, but they were very helpful and lovely to deal with when we had problems checking in. Coded door locks very hot or miss. Front door did not unlock at all. Back door worked 1 out of 3 times. But we’re never locked out. Toilet sometimes didn’t fill without opening the top and fiddling with the floater. “Private beach access” in the welcome packet was unlocatable. We used public access 100 yds away. Overall we had a really wonderful time pretty bare bones beach cottage but everything was provided and we wanted for nothing. Would rent again, but would also explore neighboring properties.

I had to contact the property 4 separate times to get check in information. It was NOT ocean view at all, toilet paper was not provided, trash bags were not provided. It did not say it was an apartment above a business. AC was broke upon arrival, (which was fixed rather quickly), the toilet got plugged upon every flush, all drains drained very slowly. The apartment had a strange Oder almost as if it had lots of moth balls present.
