Basic convenience
It's a basic crashpad, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable and quiet. Very convenient coming from the train station although I imagine it would be difficult to find if you were dropped off by taxi or car. A bit confusing to navigate from the hotel to check in for your flight.

Convenient Stay
After our cruise completing at Civitavechia, it was relaxing to stay with you, spend a last night of our holiday in Fiumancino town and its restaurants. The close vicinity of the hotel to T3 and the BA check in, and any others I would expect, was great, good to remove further travel from another location to the airport.

Convenient but not worth the price
Really small room. Only the very basic amenities for a very high price. No extra pillow or blanket in the room. No control of temperature of room. no closet. Lighting was good, room was clean. Breakfast was good and only 5 Euros. Front desk staff not friendly. Didn't get a smile the whole time. Very easy access to airport, with walkways so no walking out in the rain. good black out curtains. hot water. great shower.

A pricey but very convenient concept
For the size of the room (very small), the pricing of a single is a bit steep. While checking in the staff person said it was 25 Euro for every three hours (i.e.100 Euros for 12 hours. I stayed there (prebooked thru Hotels.com) from 2pm up until 3:30am the next morning. I paid over 204 Euros for essentially 13.5 hours. A bit pricey.................but I have to admit extremely convenient to stay there so close to the airport's check-in area, especially for very early flights.

2/10 Poor

Stay ONLY if you need to be RIGHT at airport
Extremely disappointed by hotel--and the couldn't-care-less attitude at reception--and I only give bad reviews when truly warranted. Reserved room months ago for two of us, requesting twin beds but got queen bed in a wheelchair access room, which is not what I booked. Room was on ground floor with blinds that don't sit close enough to walls to block out light, and people outside could potentially peer in. From one side of bed, someone could see you, which was creepy to say the least, and in the morning, there was a bicycle right outside, so someone was there. Room itself was spacious but in cold, unfurnished, uninviting way, with dirty walls. Shower was open on one side (don't know if that is unfortunate case in all the rooms) but because it was wheelchair access, the toilet was (too) high; no rain-head shower as advertised. Though unlikely most people watch TV on a quick stay, TV was small and too far from bed to see it well. Bed itself (on soft side if you like that) had hair between the sheets, and the blanket seemed to be covered by two sheets instead of closed duvet cover, so you end up touching the blanket, which I assume is not washed between uses. Don't count on any real "restaurant" as advertised. Very expensive for what you get, and how it's considered 4-star hotel is bewildering. We stayed at fabulous places in Italy for same price or less so I expected much more from this hotel. Was very glad when morning came. Was worst night of our whole trip.
