Great rooms, just dine elsewhere.
Stayed on a Sunday night so peaceful enough. Very comfortable beds and spotless room. Good breakfast. However, we wouldn't eat there in the evening again as the TV's were thumpingly loud throughout the dining area and there were endless hiccups with the food. As we were tired it spoilt the visit. Four in our party and one was served 20 minutes after the others, and then it was the wrong meal. Waited another 20 minutes for the right meal, and it arrived dry without gravy. Half the party left the table. Gravy arrived ANOTHER 20 minutes later after a prompt, so only had it on the last few mouthfuls. However, I still rate the room highly and the breakfast was good. Just eat your evening meals elsewhere perhaps. They seemed used to it, so think they may be stuck with a problematic kitchen team. As a frequent traveller and professional travel reviewer, this was the worst dining experience I can remember, so Faulty Towers that we can now look back and see the funny side, just!

Best hotel I’ve stayed all year and I stay in hotels 4x per week. The service was great, the food was great. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. 10/10 overall stay.
