The property itself is ok, but the check in process is disappointing. Having Check in at a location that is 15 minutes away from the room itself and not having anyone on staff at the "hotel" is not ideal. This has more of an Air BnB/Hotel hybrid feel to it

Pros: - 2 min walk from station - Spacious room/bathroom/toilet with kitchen. - Kitchen has some dishes/cups/utensils (no cooking ware though). - AC was working well to keep the room warm. - Bed and beddings were comfortable. - Provided a washing machine (and even laundry detergent) with drying function. - Had a balcony (view was nothing special though) Cons: - Have to go to another location for check-in (but the check-in place was 6min walk from Hakata station, so very easily accessible) - Right next to the station so you can hear the train - Wish every room had a kettle. You can find kettles on the first floor but sometimes they might all be taken. - Cold wind was coming in from a hole (device?) underneath the AC and also a little bit from the kitchen exhaust

No reception desk
Took the taxi an hour trying to find the reception desk. Could not stay at hotel because it was closed. Lost my money, would never ever reserve a room here again. Customer service of cheaptickets did not help to try and refund that night. No record of my phone call to customer service that night. Won't be using cheap tickets anymore.
