    A Short Walk to Everything
We stayed at Infinity City for two nights in May 2018. We arrived at the Heraklion Bus Station A and found the walk to the hotel to be straightforward, despite the slight uphill path. The walk from the bus station to the hotel can be a little off putting, as a large majority of buildings in the area seemed worn down. However, the walk from the hotel to the town center/fountain area is easy and completely safe. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was very friendly. The room itself was overall great. The TV allows you to log into your own Netflix account, and there is plenty of lighting and space. The rooms are very clean and the bed is large and comfortable. The only two caveats I would mention are that the shower is fairly small and the view of the harbor from the third floor of nonexistent. There was not much on terms of bathroom frills, with the shower curtain being a very thin plastic that gets in your way and there being only a shampoo pump. However, the strong water pressure almost makes up for both of those things. Unfortunately, we did not get to experience the breakfast. Overall, I would recommend Infinity City for to its proximity to the main square and the harbor.

    Great hotel.
The hotel was great. Walking distance to the city center and the port. The front desk staff were very helpful. The hot continental breakfast was great, with eggs and bacon. The only drawback was that the do not have parking on site and you have to park at a local parking lot. Other than that. Great.

    Great for a night stay
My husband and I stayed here for one night before catching the ferry to Santorini. It was in a great location close to the bus terminal and port which made it easy for us when we arrived from Chania and to catch the ferry the next morning. It’s a boutique hotel with limited number of rooms. Our room was a comfortable size, perfect for a short stay. We didn’t see any bigger rooms but imagine they are comfortable. Breakfast was basic but perfect for what we needed. Staff was friendly! Recommend for travelers!

    Great stay
Great hotel. Rooms are pretty small but made and clean. Bathrooms are very small and shower stalls so small it's nearly impossible to bend over to retrieve a dropped soap (speaking from experience). However the excellent service and wonderful breakfast more than make up for it). Our last evening in town the hotel upgraded us to the biggest room in the hotel on the top floor. Large room (bathroom still small). Wonderful! Local area very busy and noisy.
