The staff were very friendly and courteous and professional. They were always willing to go out of their way to assist . The beds and pillows were very soft , cushiony and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful and upscale . Great location! The food in the restaurant downstairs was good but not a large variety to choose from on the menu but they do provide room service. Bubba Gumos Seafood Restaurant is right next door so we did go there as well . They provide you with water , and cute , fancy treats in your room . Rooms are definitely sound proof which my boyfriend and I needed because we can get loud at times ❤️The only issues were that the fancy water could only be opened with a bottle opener that they do not provide and that cleaning staff could not speak English at all except for one of the cleaning crew’s manager and one of the elevators is broken . I definitely enjoyed my stay .
