Location and available food and entertainment are excellent.The condo itself was dated and furniture was worn and in some cases appeared dirty. The grill on the balcony was filthy and started a grease fire when turned on ( very scary couple of minutes). The remote checkin was nice option but the times ( after 4pm checkin and before 10 am checkout) preclude enjoying the amenities such as the water park that are priced into this rental. So a 3 day stay really only allowed one day usage. Still an enjoyable safe family environment with a great location.
