Nice small hotel that is out of the way.
The staff were very helpful.
The breakfast was good with a big 'spread' on your table. I am not sure if they used to have a buffet or not, but when I was there, you had a everything laid out on your personal table. It is very 'Polish', not a negative, but just be aware, no full English, but all seemed freshly made.
Some people have said that it is not near anything, but it is 10 minutes drive (or Taxi) from quite a lot of things (food, etc.), and I personally prefer not to be in the city centre.
Free parking at the rear of the hotel.
Free adequate wifi.
Free sparkling and still water in your room.
I got a message that they didn't have a cot for the baby but when I turn up to the room, there was one, so I was grateful.
The cleanliness of the room was quite poor. I am not usually one to moan, but it really felt they haven't properly cleaned the room for a while. Some of the issues were:
1. Lots of very long hairs on the floor (me and my baby do not have long hair). And when I say lots, I mean clumps.
2. Protein bar wrapper under the bed
3. Dirty shower floor towel
4. Dirty coffee/tea cup (see photo)
All quite simple things to fix.
No fridge or mini-bar (bit of an issue for me with a baby).
There are residential houses and a few noisy children in the gardens. It didn't bother me that much but it might other people.
That being said, I would return to Hotel Zielony, I just hope they can fix the cleaning.
