The place was really nice! Looks exactly how it does in pictures. My only complaint was the check in process. The check in location is at a different location than the apartment. Other than that, everything else was a really good experience.

Nice place away from everything you want to visit
The hotel is quite far from the main attractions, however one can use trams to go back to the city center. The check in was awful (you have to take a tram to go from the train station to their office, and the staff was condescending and not helpful at all). One would have hoped to receive information about the apporpriate tram to reach the apartment, however none of that was provided and we were at the mercy of an app that didn't give us the right tram route... The apartment itself was really tight for four people, but was clean and nicely appointed.

Nice sized apartment, right on a canal. There was a door that opened to a deck on the canal, with nice people watching as the boats passed by full of sunburned Dutch people. Air conditioning barely worked. It was +30 degrees when we stayed there and the A/C did not keep the room cool during the day. Very limited room for personal belongings in the bedrooms. You could not open your suitcase except on the bed and the tiny wardrobe was hard to access. Nice, clean, new apartments within walking distance of the maritime museum and local attractions.

Check in process is a burden.
This is a brand new apartment in a nice area of town. My only complaint is the check in procedure. After landing in Amsterdam I found the short stay service desk and was able to complete paperwork (taxes,etc). However, you have to go to the office located some distance from the apartment to pick up the key. Since I was traveling with my family and elderly mother we had to take a taxi which cost 50+euro. We were able to store our luggage there but couldn't access the apartment until after 2pm. We then had to take another taxi to the apartment at an expense of 25 euros. The apartment is small but well equipped. We only stayed one night so perhaps if you are staying a couple of days the check-in process may be worth it.

Pleasantly surprised!
Myself and 4 friends stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived at the apartment late as we had delayed flights but upon arrival we were very pleased! The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfy and the view is wonderful! The trams run every 5-10 minutes from just outside the apartment so is an ideal location. As we arrived late, the check in desk was closed. But the staff ensured we were still able to obtain the keys and all other information we needed easily. Also, the main office provides luggage storage for free after check out which is a huge bonus!

Modern building with very nice finishes. Location is a bit far east and it is located on not very pretty street. With a bike you can easily reach parts of the city. The nearby neighborhoods provide a more authentic Amsterdam experience and without all the touristy feel of central city.

Loved the property and though its a 20-25mins walk from the station its a beautiful walk and has many pathways (take the route via the esso petrol station). Advance email offering check in from the airport (with instructions to find them) and the apartment had tall celing, full equipped kitchen, separate toilet to bath & shower (brillant!), the most comfiest bed I’ve had in Amsterdam, beautiful and equally spacious common space with sofa, cable tv & dining table for 4. Perfect space for 2-4 people and the view was spectacular...waking up in the morning watching the boats go by. And the housekeeping woman was lovely and credit to her. I will return, favourite accommodation yet!
