I loved this Hotel!!!!!
This was a wonderful hotel in a wonderful place. Service was spectacular, accomodations were clean, comfortable, beautiful and spacious. If you have the opportunity to visit the Old City of Rhodes do not miss it and if you have the opportunity to stay in this hotel, you're nuts if you do not grab it!

This was a horrible experience. We booked a a single floor double room with a balcony and city view in November, 2017 for our stay in June, 2018. Before we arrived we contacted the owner, Toula, who said she would meet us at one of the gates to the Old City to take us to the hotel. Instead, she gave confusing instructions which as it turned out were not correct. It took us over 30 minutes to find the hotel and only after she FINALLY came to meet us. When we got to the hotel she showed us to a room which did not have a balcony, had a second level where the bedroom was, and was very dark with only one window not overlooking the old city but instead an alley full of debris. When we confronted her about the room not being the one we reserved, she said it was not available. Finally she admitted that she had given the room to someone else who had booked it for more than the 3 nights we reserved. She tried to justify the different room because it was bigger and she charged more for it. It was dark, dirty, claustrophobic, and as noted did not have a private balcony or any view. Then, as we tried to lock up our valuables to go out to dinner we discovered the safe did not work. Another 30 minutes and she was still trying to figure out what was wrong. We left and took out items with us. We left the next morning after 1 night instead of 3. Fellow travelers beware of this greedy, dishonest owner, Toula.

Picturesque and romantic
As our first time in Rhodes we wanted to experience the old town, We wanted to be immerse in the medieval city. Which was a good idea, picturesque and romantic... Trinity Boutique Hotel didn’t disappoint us, excellent location easy to reach, accessible to the Marina from the back door and near by to the best seafood restaurant in the whole town, room was perfect, bathtop, hot water, plasma tv, balcony, comfy mattress (because we couldn’t sleep in our previous mattress in Athens) the aretino was great, breakfast amazing, The whole ENVIROMENT, athmosfere and the smells of the lavender plants are a plus, We definitely will come back

Amazing Stay!
This Hotel is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures! The room was so spacious and beautiful with a real glamorous twist. The staff were amazing and helpful, the breakfasts were indulgent and a great start to the day. The hotel is located close to everything you could need in the Old Town. We can’t wait to come back again next summer!
