Very Good
Rooms are not huge, but smart practical design makes up for it. Location is excellent, very practical, staff is great. Breakfast lacks a bit of variety, but is very good quality ingredient and no-non sense, reducing food waste. I am a regular there, coming every 3-4 months for work and wouldn't consider any other hotel, best value in town. If I stay longer I would spend week days there, and move to a remote hotel with swimming pool for the WE though.

Nice hotel near city centre
It's the 3rd time I stayed at this hotel. Hotel standards are still the same, however restaurant service has deteriorated to only serving caucasians. Was having a happy hour drink session with a friend on 22 sept at table 73. It was during the happy hour drinks timing and the place seemed to be short on staff. Was served by a caucasian in specs and he threw us the menu when we asked for it. When my friend was asking for what is the next table having as pizza is only after 7pm. He said food, not even specifying if its tapas or what until we asked patrons of the other table what they are having. The restaurant has a mains menu and a separate tapas menu. As a business person, i understand sometimes everyone could be having a bad day. However, when i saw him serving a caucasian, the service attitude came to a 180 degrees change. If you are a caucasian, you can expect a full service from this restaurant, but if your skin is not white, just be wary of the service standards. Definitely not worth the 10% service charge. The hotel by itself is all good, very nice gym and rooms. Restaurant service was however on a race basis. So be warned.

Need to fix menu
The only thing I would change is that I would like to see more local food on the restaurant menu. I didn't go to Myanmar to 'live in the west'. I went to Myanmar to experience Myanmar culture. My first night there, we got in late and wanted to eat classic Burmese food. Because it was so late, we just went to the hotel restaurant. It was nearly all western food! I was disappointed and we decided to go out for food. Also the Snickers bar in the room was $3. What an insult! Snickers bars should never cost $3, even in a Burmese hotel. I know about the cost if import, I know hotels cost more, but still. It feels like you're being greedy. Sell it at the US price- $1. Add $2 to the price of the room, eat the $2 or remove the Snickers. I'll eat crow before I pay $3 for a candybar.

Modern hotel trying hard to be hip + small rooms
Pretty decent, but not our style. It can be tough to find a clean, updated hotel in Yangon. So if that's your only requirement, this is a great spot. Built recently, everything is new and updated. Location is also good as you're close by to a train and have availability to walk everywhere (and you'll want to because taxis typically take you twice as long to get anywhere). For our personal taste, the hotel is way too flashy and shimmering in a neighborhood that doesn't seem fitting. We almost felt bad for staying here; just wasn't our style of hotel. If I were to go back to Yangon, I'd look at another hotel with bigger rooms and less flash. Pros: - Newly built hotel - Very clean - Access to a great gym - Good location for walking - Decent price Cons: - Rooms are extremely small - No separate bathroom in rooms (just one open room) - Amenities way too expensive (laundry, etc) - Restaurant menu has no vegetarian/vegan items - Way too flashy; trying too hard to be fancy - Staff speaks limited English

Comfortable Hotel. Nice Design & Decoration.
I love the decoration and design of the hotel very much. The bed and the pillow were comfortable. The view was good (My room was in 6/F). Although the room was small, it got everything I need, like kettle, etc. I liked the bathroom amenities, too. If you will stay there, please must try the Croissant during hotel breakfast. It was very delicious. And the coffee was good, too. For the location, it is near Yangon railway station. We went there and took the train to Phaya Lan (1 stop only) and walked 4 mins to Bogyoke Aung San Market. Of course you can walk to the Market from Hotel. But it was a good experience that got on the train.
