Exceptional
Excellent location away from loud party music but a close walk to the nite life. No pool or restaurant at this hotel but the beach is a short walk away and many restarants and street venders around to choose from. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. I wiuld definitely stay here again. Great value for what you receive.

Very good. Room was spotless and was amazing value for money. Also used the laundry service which was extremely good as well. Perfect location for nightlife as well as the beach. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

good place to stay,for a 3 star hotel is more than enough facilities...its quiet and its convenient ,its close to ATM,7eleven,food stall,tour booth,street foods,streets wear,everything you need as a tourist....5 mins walk to bangla road and jungceylon, 7 mins walk to banzaan....patong beach about 10 mins...great location for travel....and of course all the receptionist were kind and friendly, looking forward to stay here again!

Dont stay here ..ive already lodged a complaint about it...they didnt make up my room i stayed for 4 days ...no DVD player even though they say there is...no clean sheets or towels...TV had one chanel and it didnt work.....not helpful or friendly

Great value for money hotel
Great value for money hotel in the best location in town for the nightlife of Patong. Rooms clean and tidy, well equipped good AC and WIFI. Everything you would need - no restaurant or coffee house / bar but you have Patong central on the door step so who needs it!
