AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
After booking this hotel, we arrived to check in and paid directly with the hotel, once we were taken to our room I WAS SHOCKED once I saw the actual room! I could not believe this was the room that I saw advertised online. The rooms looked absolutely nothing like the photos. To be honest I have seen homeless shelters in better conditions than the rooms here!
To top it off the wifi was not working on the entire floor and was told to use it downstairs as it was the only place it was working!
After speaking with the reception staff about getting a refund because we simply couldn't stay in this hotel, I was told they cannot refund to my card and that I had to come back tomorrow to see the manager who will be able to initiate the refund for me!
After booking another hotel and returning the next day the manager said the refund will take 5 - 10 working days. It's now been over 3 weeks and no sign of the refund!! I even left with a proof of letter as I did not trust them confirming I didn't actually stay in the hotel and I did not use there services, and still no refund!
Also hotel tried to contact the property several times and nobody could get through to the hotel at all and the hotel is literally non responsive to calls and emails so if you ever have an issue, it will more than likely not get resolved by this hotel!
I would recommend to AVOID this place at all costs!
My only regret is not taking pictures of the actual room to show! I did not spend more than a min in the room!
