for almost 6 hours hotel. com agent and supervisor ,BESIDE MY SELF calling 3 PROVIDED NUMBERS trying to get in touch .NONE WHAT SO EVER. THE WORST.MAKE IT WORST CHARGING $ 81 DOLLARS OVER THE AGREED CONFIRM RESERVATION BY HOTEL,COM....WHAT A SHAME. THEIR ROOMS ARE IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS.NO RECEPTION.VERY MUCH COMPLICATED TO GET TO YOUR ROOM...THE FIRST AND THE LAST TIME WILL EVER STAY,VERY BAD TERRIBLE TO COMMUNICATE AND DEAL WITH.

The communication on the check process could have been communicated a whole lot better, we were seconds away from finding and emergency place to stay until the last minute we received an email about the check in. we had been calling the property for days about the check in process with no answer and no response! but once we got in our apartment it was a beautiful place to stay.

Hidden Gem In PHX
Downtown Phoenix has a hidden gem, perfect location close to the freeway, access to all that downtown has to offer. The unit itself was amazing, clean, With a modern Decour feel to it. The only down part was the parking, you had to pay for it which should be free like it is for the Tenets that live there, aside from that you will definitely not be disappointed with Choosing to stay there.

We did not get access codes to get into the property. It was very unpleasant- on hold with customer service for over an hour, still no answer. Chat line too - we were stuck in the parking lot. Luckily, we finally found the property manager who was great and assisted us with getting the codes for entry. Furthermore, I was charged more than double the price listed and accepted at check out? Very disappointed

I liked how well maintained the building is, the two smart TVs, fridge, stove, spacious. I did not like the bed, it felt like I was sleeping on a cheap, noisy, hard foam mattress. I never ever want to sleep on a mattress like that again. Hands down one of the worst beds I have ever slept in. The refrigerator water filter seemed like it needed to be changed. I would also like to point out that it is crazy that I couldn't turn down the A/C below 70 because apparently the A/C will freeze. I also kept finding short curly hairs in the bathtub along with on the extra blankets from the closet. The shower curtain also smelled bad and needs to be washed. From the outside looking in this room seemed very nice but the housekeepers need to be more detail-oriented.
