Very Good 8.0
great location
Stayed for a few nights. Not a bad place to stay but there is no front desk and being that I didn't know the town, it would have been nice to talk to someone.

Good 6.0
No Comfortable Place to Sit
The accommodations were great, save for one, literally painful issue. I found the couch (a sleeper sofa I think) to be quite uncomfortable to sit on. This was so much the case that I abandoned it for the chair; only marginally more comfortable. I’m not one to like overly plush furniture, so I’m not judging it on that basis, but this couch (and chair) were both rock hard and try as I might, I just couldn’t get comfortable. It’s a big deal. Both WiFi’s were so weak as to be utterly useless. Luckily, I had good LTE coverage, but this could have been a major issue since I was there on business. I also think there is room for improvement with the TV system. I stay in a LOT of nice hotels. Most of them now have systems that will let you sign into your own Netflix and Prime accounts. While this TV was a RoKU that had that capability, the multi-remote did not allow access to this — only the cable channels. I hate to be overly critical, and if you look at my other review, you’ll see that I do not have a history for panning hotels. Hopefully this issues will be taken seriously and remedied.

Exceptional 10.0
Hotel is close to Convention Center. 15 minutes walk. The bar downstairs is a nice place to hang around.

Great experience!
My room exceeded my expectations. Large, clean, and upscale. Very happy customer!

Poor 2.0
Corporate, cheap, soulless
Terrible stay. The furnishings and the finishes were cheap and unattractive. Fake wood, plastic veneers throughout. Cheap hollow core metal door for the entry which rattled regularly when the neighboring units let their doors slam. Noisy-large trucks started as early as 5:30 AM and continued until 9:30 or 10:00 a.m. Bath tub was chipped. The cheap tea kettle was not safe to use (rust inside). The first two knives I went to use were both rusted The window treatment in the bedroom started allowing lots of light in right at sunrise (6:30 a.m.), the cheap blinds were made out of plastic. (The blinds in the living room were much heavier and more light tight.) The air-conditioning was noisy and the vent directed the air directly onto the bed.The convenience of the attached parking garage was not clearly explained. The toilet seat was the cheapest I’ve ever seen and tended to fall down if I was not careful in steadying it. The artwork was abominable and cheap. The worst of corporate, bottom-line thinking.
