    Exceptional 10.0
Convenience of location. From the airport bus drop off, to the MTR subway access.

Tiny room and bit far from airport
Hotel VIC is a bit far so prepare yourself to pay about HK$430 for Taxi from airport to the hotel. The room is really small and there were no drawers or workable closet to unpack your clothing. There is also not much room left for you to walk around in the room once the space is used for your luggages. The hotel is new but very far away from any places. Hong Kong is kind of old and dirty and this is kind of shock because I thought it would be like Japan or Singapore but it is not. The cars used for Taxi were so old and never changed. The city is cramped with so many people. However, we found the 2nd floor Chinese Restaurant is really good. They serves excellent seafood but you have to reserve the type of seafood you want to eat then they will make it for you later. We stayed at executive floor which is 22nd floor. The staffs work there are very polite and helpful with directions. Again, the room is so small and it is bit far so if you do not mind these flaws then this is the hotel for you.

    Sweet and comfortable hotel
This is a hotel that is really thinking of thier customer. Small details shows that they are caring. Location is also very nice, room as well, view is also great. We enjoyed so much, and will come back.

    Fabulous you won't regret it.
Fabulous hotel and harbor view. Automatic black out window shades. High end amenities from free cold drinks fridge set up, chips, private label bottled water in cool bottle to the complimentary buddy cell phone they give you with free calls to the US,UK, Japan, Hong Kong etc. Even the shower has a privacy shade that let's you enjoy the view under the rain showernhead..Infinity pool is worth a photo. Food is unusual and pricey but found the Hagen das ice cream in the pastry shop on floor 2 between East and WestTower . Very friendly staff. Spent 2 nights but would have spent 5 if our schedules permitted. This is a new hotel so everything is pristine. Treat yourself to a room here.

Bang for the buck and serviceable but not truly 5*
This was an average to above-average hotel experience, but this was not a true 5 star hotel. Then again the price was not in keeping with other 5 star hotels in Hong Kong (25% less) so we felt we got a great bang for the buck. The service was fine but not out of this world. The concierge did not speak fluent enough English to truly help us plan our day and a ferry trip we took to Macau. The rug in the lobby was worn but clean. The infinity pool overlooking the harbour was spectacular, but the water was not heated. The shower was very nice and the water pressure was really wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the linens were high quality. The restaurant was overpriced compared to other 5 star hotels we ate at during our stay in Hong Kong. The area was safe, very close to the MTR which is so easy to use that getting to Central and Kowloon was a breeze and we quickly acclimated to using it. Overall we're glad we stayed at this hotel rather than in Central because we feel it gave a little more of an authentic Hong Kong flavor to our experience.
