Spacious village with a bathroom and AC unit in each rm. Nice patio area. Kitchen fully equipt. Centrally located, approx five mins walking distance to beach and also to la Quinta Avenida.

Excellent condo, disappointing staff
Pros: Neat and open spaces, comfortable beds, nice decoration and great location. Cons: After making our reservation they sent us an e-mail with information about the condo and some of the rules, but we were never told about a deposit we had to make of $500 dollars or 10,000 MXN until our arrival date (we were at the airport at the moment) so that changed kind of our plans because it was not contemplated. The concierge apologized for the misinformation but it was clear at the moment to tell us that it was not his fault as he did not make the reservation in the first place. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. there was no one to welcome us so we had to pick our keys at another location. On the third day of our stay the concierge finally showed up and explained to us some rules that were necessary to be known since day one. To finish we were leaving at 6:00 a.m. on Monday, we agreed with the concierge to meet on Sunday for the partial check out and get our cash deposit back but he never contacted us so we had to do it instead and still came on Monday. Plus they need to fumigate, we found cockroaches inside the condo. We can say that is a shame since the condo´s facilities are great and nice but the staff so unprofessional including the guard at the entrance not helpful nor friendly at all and we are definitely not coming back.
