Rubbish
Booked a room for 2 nights for 3 adults it only had 2 beds so one of us had to sleep on the floor, tv didn’t work and there was no hot water on the first night.

Ok but not great!!
Wi-Fi poor in the rooms which was not great for business users. Worth noting that it's a help yourself continental breakfast, no hot meals available, but we were aware of this prior to the stay.

Better than it looks
Booked late in the evening, I have to say first impressions were not good, it looked like a pile of portacabins, and reception looked more like a laundry. However the bedroom I had was very comfortable, modern, well decorated and clean, although breakfast was not included as such, there was a very limited selection of drink and cereals available. I am confused by the name, as in my eyes an 'Inn' would have a bar, and I didn't see one.

no room in the inn after snow storm
booked 1 night in advance of red weather warning. i was unable to ge to the hotel. the booking was not changable. however i asked on 2 occasions if they would consider a re-booking due to the weather. the hotel did not reply. in fairness they did not have to. however my booking in perth the hotel allowed me to rebook due to the weather. i will not be doing back to this hotel

Back for a second stay.
Very friendly place to stay. The room was was good quality, very comfortable and at a pleasant temperature. This hotel is being upgraded so the upstairs is under construction. However this does not impinge on guests as all the rooms in use are downstairs. I’ll stay there again next time I am in Dingwall.
