We really enjoyed the Printmaker's Inn. Peter gave us good recommendations on where to eat and what to see in Savannah. The Inn itself was colonial, and that is what we wanted to see in Savannah, all the colonial homes, so it was a pleasant surprise to find that we were sleeping in one.

Charming Stay
We were ao fortunate to find this gem, last minute, after our initial hotel plan fell through. The beauty is in the details of not only a nicely kept historic home, but the small things like mints on the bed, snacks and drinks in the kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The owner was extremely welcoming and inviting, and provided us with recommendations for food, coffee, bars, shops, and other local spots. One minor concern was the bed/pillows - bed seemed pretty fragile and not sturdy or secured, so we were extra cautious while getting on/off it; and it would have been nice to have just 2-3 more pillows. Also, the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Overall, a really great place to spend your time and money for lovely hospitality, Savannah style.

A Jewel in Savannah, Great New Destination.
One of the best choices I've ever made. Great location, room/suite, and amenities. This inn is run by a young couple who have no detail to chance.

A wonderful stay
My mom and I booked Printmaker's Inn to escape Hurricane Florence with my 65lb. dog. While we were stressed to leave her house, staying at the Printmaker's Inn made us feel comfortable and welcomed during our unplanned getaway. This is a 4 suite B&B property, not a formal hotel with a reception lobby. Peter was great to communicate with before the trip, welcomed us at the gate when we arrived and showed us the suite. We stayed in the Henry Suite. It is a very charming one bedroom with sitting area and full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable! We were really impressed with the room and amenities. The kitchen was complete with pots, pans, can opener, wine opener, wine glasses, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and even a water pitcher. Peter gave us a lunch recommendation right away and a text with a wealth of information on what to do and where to go in the city. We walked to the riverfront several times during our visit (plan for about 2.5 miles round trip which includes walking around the harbor area a little bit). When we left the house we walked directly to Forsyth Park and then north to the riverfront, as Peter recommended. As with any city, there were areas near the B&B where I wouldn't recommend walking, so be sure to get the lay of the land before exploring. Breakfast included bages, muffins, yogurt, coffee, creamer, butter, peanut butter and jelly. A bottle of wine was provided on check in as well (wow!) I can't recommend Printmaker's Inn highly enough!
