Awful place to stay
The door to our room was open when we arrived. Felt very unsafe and bugs were in the room. The floors and furniture were not only dirty but dingy. The lock on the door did not work so wasn’t sure if someone could come in. It looked nothing like the pictures. Do not stay here!

Room was way smaller then picture...came with a refrigerator no microwave. Room was VERY clean and mattress was clean.no table in the room so you have to sit outside or on the bed but there was a chair in the corner. We only saw one person at check in who ended up being housekeeping.we felt uncomfortable asking for anything because she loved to roll her eyes at you and I noticed she did it to the other guests so that was a big disadvantage.tye floors you have to wear shoes or your feet will be black.floor was dirty. Other then that we loved the beach across the street!

We had looked all over for a place to accommodate 4 adults and 4 children. Rented their apartment style room then got there & it had been taken. (They said they tried to call me) so instead they gave us 3 rooms so we had enough space & everything was good.

There was a large group of people in the main courtyard and pool area until 2 am both nights during my stay and after multiple calls, the situation took hours to resolve, as i started calling around 11:00 each night.

We went on 4th of July weekend but due to all the pandemic thing that is going on we couldn’t go to the beach due to its closing , we had an awesome time at the hotel though pool closed at 10 which we got to enjoy it the whole day and night , we bbq without a problem we would have our radio on it was very unstrictly which when you have vacay you want to be able to enjoy and we did now I just didn’t like that no one checks on your room to see if you have any clean towels for you to be able to use the next day , you need to dry out the bathing towel you used in order for you to take a shower the next day. Other than that ‘ we had an awesome time we will come back here again !

Disappointed and not accommodating. A real roach hotel. My family, friends and I stayed last summer so we thought since hotels have started to open we would stay somewhere we knew was a good place by the water for my 30th birthday weekend. However we were extremely mistaken. This stay I I truly feel discriminated against. I didn’t enjoy my birthday weekend trip. We were a group of 8 and rented 5 rooms, most of the group couples. 4 rooms 2 night stay and 1 room 1 night stay. All were booked as a king with kitchenette. I called a week and a few days ahead to make sure my group could be grouped together by the pool. 3 of us arrived early to unpack and set up our room. Upon check in the girl at the front desk allowed us to check in one person at a time even tho all the rooms were under the same reservation and credit card. The hotel had “COVID -19” prevention signs to wear mask and gloves throughout the hotel. We were the first guest upon the reopen. First the girl at the front desk gave me the key to room 12 - a room in the back, Opposite end of the pool with double beds. She then said the room next door was connecting, the fridge not cooling. Room 11 had a king room BUT it also came with roaches on the drapes. I asked for the apartment on the 2nd floor, willing to pay the difference and the lady refused. She then checked in Room 15 - a king room with kitchenette. This room had a block of ice in the freezer making it unusable, a family of roaches in the kitchen and a

Hotel was good, no issues, outside was very nice, tropical. We had our dogs with us and they we happy to walk to the beach just one block away.
