Cool family friendly resort
The hotel is a little far from downtown, but has a shuttle. Resort was great for our family and we used the pool, hot tub, bar, and food truck several times. Cool atmospherre throughout. Only drawback was the small room. It was totally clean and comfortable, just not really anyplace to put our suitcases or toiletries, or hang wet swim suits. But would definitely recommend.

Amazing Key West Location
Amazing trip, hotel was great, pool was terrific and great temperature. Loved the floats in the pool and poolside bar and dj. The room was a good temperature and comfortable, restocked and cleaned daily. The staff was very attentive and caring, definitely coming back and would recommend. The shuttle every half hour was perfect, close to everything

Whoever took the phots for this resort deserves a raise, because the pictures posted of this place are a real work of art. This "resort" is basically just an old motel thats has a nice pool. Seriously the pool is the only thing this place has going for it. The room was tiny. We honestly didn't even have space for our 4 carry on size suit cases. Even though i booked the room for 4 people for 2 days, I was only guve 2 vouchers for one free breakfast. Othwrwsie breakfast at the hotel was $14 per person and its food from a crappy food truck on site. No outside drinks or food are allowed in the pool area. Who needs a water bottle on hand i suppose in the hot Florida heat. I requested more towels to be sent up to my room and they never showed up. This is a mediocre hotel pretending to be a fancy resort. For a similar price we could have stayed at a much nicer place. Oh and last but not least, this place is not waterfront. They have a huge billboard out front claiming they are on the water. No they are across a very busy street from the water. If you are looking for a waterfront place in the Keys look elsewhere you don't want this place.
