A fantastic resort!
Amazing resort! The staff and service were great! The breakfast was fantastic and lots to choose from. The pool and their happy hours were perfect after a day out on the town. The resorts location was very close to the main road and beach. Well worth the price!

Wonderful stay
We were upgraded to the suite with a private balcony on our arrival. The views were amazing! The restaurant and drinks at the bar were very good! The pool area is very nice with lots of seating and umbrellas. The beach and nightlife is just outside of the hotel. We would definitely recommend!

Great hotel in Ao Nang
I’m really happy we spent our last days of a two week island hopping holiday at the Panan! Hotel is clean and modern, especially the pool area with its different sunbed areas, bridges and greenery is super nice! There’s also a rooftop pool which surprisingly enough wasn’t busy until the afternoon all the four days we spent at the hotel - highly recommend! I also liked that you actually could get a sunbed even though you don’t wake up at 7am as I’ve experienced in other hotels. The staff was great, always friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a problem with one of our toilets and they sent someone to fix it within five minutes. The hotel is located around 50 m from the main road in Ao Nang so it’s very close to the buzz yet calm and quiet. Great breakfast with lots of choices.

Perfect paradise!
I'm not used to fancy things, but stayed here for one night with my fiance. Wow! Service is amazing, everything is gorgeous, and location is great! We we're early to check in Ao they not only held our bags until our room was ready, but gave us towels to use at the pool in the meantime. After we checked out, they held our bags again and even helped to load them in our taxi. The room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable! I have asthma, so I noticed two other things about the room. One, the air conditioner also pumped in some humidity, whish is amazing! Every other air conditioner at hotels was making my asthma worse because the air was so dry, so this was so refreshing! Also, the room had a very pleasant smell like a forest after rain. Having asthma, I usually don't do well with fake scents, but this was lovely! I can't say enough how much I recommend this hotel!
