Great hotel in Ginza.
A sleek hotel in a great location. Close to shimbashi station so you have access to the metro and JR lines. The staff are all extremely welcoming and attentive. The rooms are a good size for Japan and there are plenty of amenities. The double bed was very comfortable. I’d definitely stay again. Side note, if you look up this hotel on google it may appear to have a different name, it’s just spelled how it’s pronounced in Japanese, so don’t get confused 👍

Nice new hotel; disappointing incident
This hotel is brand new and very clean and modern. It is a bit small but comfortable and nice. The dinner food and service were excellent. I did have one problem that bothered me. After exchanging some money in the lobby for local currency and realizing within a few hours I did not need it, I attempted to cancel the transaction and collect the foreign currency I had provided to the exact same agent that had just worked with me. To my disappointment, cancellation was refused and I was stuck with the local currency. Furthermore, I was not even allowed to exchange back to the original currency for an applicable fee. As a result, I probably won't return to this hotel.
