Very Comfortable and Clean But Privacy Issue
105 A Townhouse is modern, clean, even luxurious. However, our room had a sliding, frosted glass bathroom door that provided little privacy. If you're travelling alone or with someone you don't mind sharing all the details of your bodily functions, I highly recommend 105. If not, keep looking. Small room for 3; little room for luggage but there is a fairly spacious wardrobe; beautiful bathroom (shower only); nice furnishings and kitchenette. Arriving after hours, you need to have a code to get into the hotel; in a vestibule, use a provided phone to call and get access to a safe with your room key. I was concerned about this process but it went smoothly. City bus stop nearby; a bus transfer station to many other busses is 2 blocks.

So cute, affordable, and well-stocked kitchen!
The rooms in this hotel are SO chic and cute - feels high-end, but doesn't cost a ridiculous amount. The room also felt very clean - usually I feel a little gross in hotels, but not here. The catch is that the rooms are small, but it was worth it to have such a nice room as well as have the kitchen in the room (oven/microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, french press, etc.). The location is also great - if you walk the right way, within 5 minutes you're at one end of the main shopping/downtown area, but it's not noisy/crowded immediately surrounding the hotel. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return & recommend to others!

Great hotel for a romantic & adventure weekend.
Very cute room. Extremely nice staff. My favorite part was that they kept a pound of fresh coffee in the room and a full carton of milk so that you didn’t need to beg for another single serving of coffee or go walking in the morning without the first cup. Beautiful bathroom and construction. Short walk to the main strip in Reykjavik but we liked the privacy of being off the Main Street. Oh! And super important! They had parking!
