lobby and reception was beautiful! upon checking in to our room we were told it would be quite loud from 8-12 bc of karaoke bar next door. we said okay, but around 11 that evening we realized how bad it really was. my boyfriend went to reception to ask for earplugs and they didn’t have any. so, obviously unhappy, he told them we weren’t feeling well (bali belly) and this room wouldn’t work for us. they promised to fix it the next day. so, they helped us move to a new room, further from the noise. this room was better, quiet, with a full shower instead of shower/bath combo and much for comfortable for us. they were super accommodating, even sending some rice to the room for us bc we missed breakfast from being so sick. when things go wrong during a stay-i like to the staff to have the opportunity to fix it, and in this case they did! they went above and beyond and I’m quite grateful for their amazing treatment! hotel is in a nice location in echo beach-easy walk to beach and lots of bars shops and restaurants. highly recommend this place!
