A high value hotel
The checking in was smooth and welcoming. The hotel was well maintained and very clean. Instructions were provided with details. Hotel provides SUPER FAST free WIFI! The best part was the complementary breakfast and all snacks and drinks were provided by the hotel free of charge. Guests can come to a very clean and tastefully arranged kitchen / dining area anytime.

Nice Genovese vila! I strongly recomend this place
Very good price/quality ratio, on a central location, on the hill of Genova, with own parking place (against additional fee) and included well assorted buffet breakfast. The staff is very friendly and the place is maintained with care to give the atmosphere of Genovese villa, with a lovely garden, where guests can enjoy free coffee and small bites at any time. We have stayed at big apartment for 10 people. Each room has own en-suite bathroom, small refrigerator, own key door. The rooms have high ceilings and tiled floors, the beds are comfort, the towels are changed every day. We have warm welcome with beer and prosecco. We recommend this lovely place! Close to city center and city attraction!

Hearty breakfast / spacious room / comfortable bed
We stayed there for 1 night and did not realize the check-in time was only until 9:00 PM. We arrived just before 10:00 PM but hotel manager/owner was nice enough to wait for us. It was good that we called in advance and warned them about our late arrival. Availability of a parking spot was a huge plus. The room was clean and spacious but dated. The night was quiet but then starting from around 8:00 AM the noise from the street would start to sneak in. The bed seemed old but it was clean and one of the most comfortable during our almost two weeks trip in Italy! the breakfast was good with plenty of drinks to choose from.

Wonderful stay with great hospitality
Our stay was too short. We were gladly welcomed late at night after delayed and lengthy train rides. We were very pleased with the greeting we received and the size and condition of our room. In the morning we had a great assorted breakfast and wished we could have stayed much longer than we did. We enjoyed it, as did our sons.
