    Does not deserve a star
Great location, despite an incorrect address (it is nearly impossible to find the hotel without local people help). No elevator, A/C broken, no explanation ou fixing, mattresses and other materials stacked in the corridors and escalators. Terrible breakfast. However, good people at reception. Trying their best.

    Great location - Small Bathroom
Initially booked 3 nights, however needed to check out after 2 nights. Unfortunately a refund was not available, as it was a pre-paid rate due to World Cup Check in was efficient and the location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms / bathrooms are rather small and we could hear the snoring from the adjacent room.

Front desk staff were very friendly, quick check in. Room was very clean. Comfortable for a single person or couple. Room was not spacious but the comfort of the bed/bedding and its just what I needed for 1 night. Air conditioner worked well (it was hot in Moscow). Only draw back was lack of iron and ironing board in room, if you want to use one they have it in a spare room that you iron there and not in your room. Bathroom provided good hot and cold water. WiFi was very good and fast. Have to go up two sets of stairs to get to lobby and rooms, not a problem for majority of people. Hotel location was close to Metro (5 minute walk) Plenty of options for restaurants/food in area. Within a 10 minute walk to more restaurants and shops. Red Square, Kremlin and St Basil Cathedral a 15 minute walk. Safe to walk at night. Overall would recommend hotel for a stay in Moscow.
