The worst experience ever!
When I tried to check in I was told that they gave the room away. They stated that they weren’t honoring any guests that had booked through hotels.com. They said that they were giving the rooms to the Africans that were looking for rooms. I’m not sure what sort of business model they are following but it is not sustainable if they want repeat guests. Oh wait a minute, I was turned away. I wouldn’t even be a return guest.😆

We only stayed two days at the end of our cruise. It is quite isolated..25 min walk to the beach. Should really have a car although staff were helpful with getting us to Jolly harbour for groceries etc. The Bed was comfortable but the unit was very poorly outfitted. the major problem was the loud pool party Saturday night which went past midnight then resume with loud music Sunday morning at 7 AM and continued all day. At our request the manager attempted to have the guests turn things down Sunday afternooon but the guests refused. He apologized and assured us that this sort of thing does not happen during tourist season. We still had a disrupted stay.

Hi Mr Hunt your concierge is an Antiguan which is helpful as he can give lots of tips and information. They have car rentals on site and parking. The apartments are spacious with vaulted ceilings and well equipped, good kitchen utencils cutlery & crockery also toaster,coffee maker, microwave plus a large fridgefreezer and cooker. Tiled floors throughout airy bedroom,/s good sized bathroom with bath and shower clean towels toilet rolls and kitchen rolls supplied. Large balcony with amazing views of tropical garden and swimming pool on site plus views of the harbour 10 mins away for your shopping. The dirt road to the Aparthotel is a bit challenging and a jeep will be needed to see more of the island but for a small fee concierge will drive you locally which is very helpful. Great value for money. The owner James is prompt sorting out any issues you may have or answering queries.
