The hotel itself is quite nice and has interesting history. It is on a small street off the Via del Corso and the street is used for a lot of motorcycle parking. Taxis can’t get down the street and at times it’s difficult to walk because of the scooters and motorcycles jammed in there. The location is very convenient to all the famous sites. There is only one elevator which is annoying at times. The room amenities are lovely and there are plenty of outlets. The bathroom in our double room had a nice-sized shower but no convenient place for cosmetics and other toiletries. The big disappointment was breakfast. You order from a menu which is limited. Eggs were not well-cooked ( scrambled were cold, over-easy were hard), cold cereal was only granola, pastries were like bad American boxed varieties, toast arrived with one butter package. This is a 5-star hotel. I’ve had much better buffet breakfasts in 4-star hotels.

Every single member of the staff paid close attention to detail, they were incredible. The room was exactly as picture. Though I only stayed for 24 hours, they made it so enjoyable and seamless. Our stay at the Singer Palace was absolutely amazing! So much in fact, I believe it to be the most STUNNING hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying!!! Not only was it GORGEOUS with tasteful design detail in terms of space within our suite, the technology of the lighting and air conditioning, beautiful decor, lovely restaurant and bar with a view, made more exceptional by Frederica’s wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly and kind, and always provided attention to each of our needs. They couldn’t help us enough!!! I am SO excited we chose the Singer Palace. Our son met us in Rome and they kindly allowed him to work at the hotel while waiting for his flight! Believe me when I say ‘They exceeded expectations!!!! Thank you to their hospitality!!! Margaret

We love this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights and did not find any fault. From reception, bellboy, housekeeping, concierge and staff from breakfast they were all wonderful and very polite. We arrived with our car rental and they help us register since this is in the ztl area. Other hotels will not do this. The location is very central, walkable to everything including Vatican which is around 40 mins walk. Singer palace is pricey but same with other hotel in the area but they do deliver. They give you more than a 5 star service. We had dinner here and the food did not disappoint. Thank you so much for making our stay pleasant and wonderful. Special thanks to Jessica who has been promptly replying to my email messages.

Bravo. This is an extraordinary boutique hotel with a storied past as a palace built for the Singer family of the early 20th century sewing machine innovators. Now an ultramodern, urban hotel in the heart of Rome, it also has a top drawyer, rooftop restaurant with unparalleled views of Rome. Staff could not havre been more accommodating.
