Will definitely come back every year. We usually stay at our family's home during vacation but we were really in need of a certain amenities we don't usually get there. The staff was wonderful. Every single one of them was super attentive and polite. From the bellboy to the lobby staff. The rooms are a little dark, but very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is great. I stayed with two kids and they always sorted out our stuff animals and made our room feel just like home. Room service Food was good, affordable and always fast. The rooftop pool was so nice and had plenty of tables and sitting areas. The view was amazing. We stayed there for 5 nights check out, went to Guadalajara for 3 days, came back for 3 nights, stayed in Puerto Vallarta and came back again to the same hotel. My kids refused to try any other hotel experiences because this one felt just like home.
